1. Delivery Zones: Shipping is available to all U.S. states. International and export shipping are not available.

2. Shipping Methods: Orders ship via UPS or LTL freight. You may choose the best option for your needs during checkout.

3. Costs and Fees: Shipping costs vary depending on the carrier, product weight and destination. All costs are displayed at checkout before you make a payment.

4. Handling and Lead Times: Each product has a unique lead time. Most products ship within two business days after being built. Due to supplier constraints, manufacturing capacity, and inventory availability, PSG® reserves the right to update the lead time for any reason. If you’d like to check the status of your order, please contact us.
